Filipa Rodrigues

Filipa Rodrigues is a multimedia producer and senior distance learning coordinator for the Knight Center of Journalism in the Americas. Born and raised in Portugal, Filipa moved to Austin in 2012 through the Digital Media Leadership Program at the University of Texas at Austin. She worked as a multimedia producer for Austin’s NPR member station KUT, NPR’s State Impact Texas and Texas Standard for four years. Beyond her work at the Knight Center, Filipa is a freelance visual storyteller with work featured in publications such as Marketplace, NPR, Texas Tribune, KUT, America Abroad Media and Here & Now.
