Kathy Borowski

Kathy Borowski is an energetic and dedicated accounting manager and HR lead with over 35 years of experience at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center at the University of Texas at Austin. With a Master’s in Library and Information Science, she’s a pro at juggling HR systems, boosting efficiency, and keeping things running smoothly—all while building great connections with university staff. Known for her problem-solving skills and leadership, Kathy brings a positive and fun vibe to her work. Outside the office, she’s all about adventures, from camping and traveling to crafting, and loves giving back as a tax preparer, food bank volunteer and passionate Girl Scouts leader.
