Journalists, communicators and content creators face the urgent challenge of reporting with depth, clarity and responsibility.<\/p>\n\n<p>To support this mission, the Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas and Amaz\u00f4nia Vox are launching the free webinar series\u00a0<strong>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/journalismcourses.org\/product\/climate-coverage-and-cops-tools-sources-and-storytelling-strategies-for-journalists\/\">Climate coverage and COPs: Tools, sources and storytelling strategies for journalists<\/a>,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0which will be streamed live from\u00a0<strong>July 30 to Sept. 3, 2025<\/strong>, every\u00a0<strong>Wednesday at<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0<strong>6 PM (Eastern Time)<\/strong>, in\u00a0<strong>Portuguese with simultaneous interpretation to English and Spanish<\/strong>, except for Session 2, which will be in English with interpretation to Portuguese and Spanish. There will be <strong>six sessions<\/strong> covering a range of topics\u2014from the scientific fundamentals of climate change to translating what\u2019s often called \u201cclimate-speak,\u201d as well as investigative journalism, combating disinformation, solutions journalism, and digital content creation during significant events.<\/p>\n\n<p>The opening session on <strong>July 30<\/strong> will be hosted by <strong>Larissa Noguchi<\/strong> and <strong>Daniel Nardin<\/strong>, who will also moderate the rest of the series. Noguchi, who is from the Amazon region, is a digital content expert and researcher in communication and climate monitoring. Nardin is a journalist with two decades of experience in the Amazon and the founder of Amaz\u00f4nia Vox.<\/p>\n\n<p>The series brings together professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise to enrich each session.
